Is there anywhere in all of WDW to get Tiramisu with a Dining Plan snack credit?

I know there's a little stand that sells coffee and pastries in front of the Italy pavilion that sells Tiramisu. Not sure if you can use a snack credit though, but you probably can.

Don't know about using a snack credit, but I do know it comes with a cs meal as a dessert at the BW bakery.
