PBH was a big part of why my kids wanted to go back to Universal. We had stayed a few times prior to going on a
Disney Cruise. The kids wanted to go back and stay just there.
We did find a little bit annoying that splendido seemed to close randomly with the weather each evening. We could never figure it out.
One secret I loved and it is a very generic one: I started ordering just pours of vodka and ice. Then I would add my own water and crystal light pink lemonade to make my own drink. Cuts out the sugary stuff and the added pounds.

My other drink/food secret----don't wait until your drink is done (or food) to order something else. Believe me. By the time you get what you ordered what you have will be gone.
Most restaurants at City Walk and I believe the parks have FOTL for seating preference for hotel guests. Just ask and show your card.
Trattoria has the best breakfast buffet. The omelet bar is to die for and yes you can ask for garlic and they will go and get it. YUM!!
Bug spray is a must for the pool if you are doing the dive in movie. I couldn't stand the little bugs. They are doing one every night for a few weeks for HP opening. Not sure if it is done yet. Oh yeah, took a little time to adjust to such a small screen. I guess I always envisioned a bigger one. Don't worry about saving your kids seats. They all just stayed in the pool and watched.
Have fun
