Tips on a 'Visit ' to Contemporary This Nov.??

In short, my wife wants to see what the Contemporary has to offer, so I guess we'll be paying a visit this Nov. We're staying at the Dolphin and I'd like some advice as to when is the best time to nose around this resort and maybe stop for a meal and a drink. I've heard great things about the California Grill, what else is there to see/do?

Our visits really never did the place justice... staying there was another matter...we loved staying there!

Make sure to have a drink up at the California Grille, do a little shopping on the Concourse, and go out back and see the pools and Bay Lake.
