Well, FireDancer, I thought about you today because today was a bad run day for me. We completed the week 1, day 3, today. Day 1 and 2 were so easy for me. Today, however, was yuck. I think part of it was because DD could not get up with enough time to run before school so we had to run this afternoon. It was hot, and I did not like that. I do much better doing my workouts in the morning. Also, I took my custom insoles out and ran without them. Well, today my knees are hurting after my run, and my shins hurt some in my run. That has not happened before. I am going to put my custom insoles back in. My neighbor is a runner; she told me that it could be just normal aches that come with building up running and the new stress it adds to my body. Whatever it is, I am glad I have a weekend to rest.
DD's feet hurt again today, but not as bad. So I plan to take the insoles back and shoes back. I want them to do another analysis and get their opinion about maybe changing shoes. I am still determined to do this C25K. I just did not enjoy the run today the way I have the previous times.
But........I completed it. That is a plus.
