tips for upcoming trip

Will be visiting next week for ALA conference and arrive 2 days early to do DLR any tips for touring it is our first time to DL and we have been to WDW over 30 times. Not sure which rides to see first and which are the best FPs to get. Any suggestions or tips would be great. I have read passporter and the sticky tips!!

make sure you ride all the rides unique to Disneyland and DCA like Indiana Jones and Matterhorn Bobsleds

All ages 8, 15. 17, plus grandma We love it all thrill rides and all disney nostaglia - We have annual passes for WDW and go about once every two months so the kids wnat to do wha tis different and I have that thread printed but I wnat other tips on what to see and do first - we have 5 day passes but really only have wed nite, thur and friday in day then ALA takes over- we will be at the bash and have Monday and Tuesday night- trying to do a trip lan starting with DLR on Wed nigth then DCA on Thursday the DLR on Friday morning then do whatever we missed.
