Tips for not gaining & Weighing myself at WDW?

I am in the wonderful position of the fact that I leave for WDW on Sunday and our trip will be a glorious three weeks long!!

I know this may seem a little negative - but I am not really hoping or expecting to loose during that time - but I would like to maintain - any advice or tips on this? I am on Atkins - have been for the past six weeks - I have stuck to Induction the whole time and have not cheated. Before I started with the Atkins - I was doing low fat & calorie counting for four weeks. I like Atkins but I can't seriously think I am not going to have any potato, pasta or desserts the whole trip to WDW! The good news is that we are staying in a timeshare with full kitchen for the three weeks - but we do plan plenty of meals in the parks also.

The other question I have is - are there any scales in supermarkets or shops where you can weigh yourself near WDW? I am not sure if you have them over there, here in the UK you can pay to weigh yourself at pharmarcys and get a print out of what you weigh. If there is such a thing does anyone know exactly where? If not how cheaply could I buy a scale & where from? It would have to be cheap as I would just be leaving it behind when we left! I just want to make sure I don't undo the good work I have done so far & three weeks is too long to risk!

There is a scale in the goodings supermarket in the shopping plaza across the street from the disney village marketplace.

Don't forget all the walking you do while at disney...that will help you maintain what you have already lost. When you get home, just get right back on your atkins eating plan, it won't take you long to recover any additional pounds gained (we have found them to be very minimal when we go off the plan), and then you are well on your way to losing again.
