We are planning on spending two days at DLR the week after Easter and I'm wondering if we are crazy. lol I went during spring break about 10 years ago and I remember thinking the crowds were insane and I have not returned during spring break since. We've gone in the summer many times though. Will the week after Easter be wall to wall people? Any tips? Which days do you think would be best if we have the Mon, Tues, and Wed after Easter to chose from? It is most of Utah schools spring break during that time and I'm imagining a lot of them will be traveling and arriving on Monday or Tuesday. Anyone know if local schools have that week off too?

Thanks for any help!

Yes, I think Spring Break crowds will still be in full swing the week after Easter. This year, the AP Blockouts occur the week before and week after Easter, so that indicates that DLR is expecting the peak Spring Break crowds during that period. The trade-off is that the parks should be operating with long hours and full entertainment.

In terms of school breaks, LAUSD is out the week before Easter, but several Northern California and Nevada school districts are out that week. I suppose, if I had to pick, I would probably go with Wednesday (middle of the week).
