I have a 5 day park hopper pass. I plan on going from AK to MK, and Epcot to MK. But that's probably not it.

Are there any easy guides for getting to different parks using the buses or monorail? I am staying in All Star Sports. Does Disney transportation take you to the boardwalk?

It is easy enough to get to the parks using Disney transportation. Just hop on the proper bus from the Sports, and you are all set. To get from one park to another is where it gets tricky. For a while they had some park to park buses, and I think they still do. There will be a giant board at each bus depot at the parks, and it will list where all the buses are going to, and what stop those buses depart from.

AK <-> MK/EC/HS, there is a bus that will take you there.

MK <-> EC, take the express monorail to the TTC, then switch to the Epcot monorail.

EC <-> HS, you can use boat transportation or walk if in Epcot World Showcase or a bus if in Future World.

To get to the Boardwalk from ASSports is a little tricker. You can either bus to HS and walk/boat from there, or bus to Disney Springs and transfer from there.

To get to Disney Springs from any park, you will have to travel to a resort first and then bus to Disney Springs. MK you can walk to Contemporary. EC/HS you can walk or boat to Beach Club or Swolphin. Alternately you can bus to Saratoga Springs and walk using some of the new bridges. Ask the driver which SSR stop to get off at for the quickest walk.

There has always been transportation between the parks; it's going from one resort to another that can be tricky.
