Tips for CRT & HDDR?

I have searched as I am sure this has been asked before but I can't find it! We are doing the dining plan and have both of these booked.

How are the tips handled here? I know they aren't included in the plan, so we have to pay them somehow. The last time I went to either of these we were not on any plan & pre-paid. There was no bill at the end, you were just done and everything was taken care of.

Do they put it automatically on the card you guaranteed the reservation with or do they bring you a bill of sorts if you are on the dining plan & you can add it then?

Taxes are included for all dining plan credits. The gratuities are included for HDDR & CRT, according to the info on the dining plan page

Thank you. That makes things easier, I was trying to figure out the logistics of those.
