Tips for a Town Car?

How much is an appropriate tip for a round trip Town Car service from MCO to WDW? Also, do you split the tip for the driver on each leg of the round trip?

We tipped $20 each way when we did round trip

We tip about 20% calculated on half of the roundtrip fare, and definitely only tip the first driver for the first leg and the second driver for the second leg.

10 bucks each way would be a fare tip unless you have a lot of extra bags.
