So after I had already planned out our vacation and bought planes tickets and Halloween horror nights tickets, I found out I was pregnant. I'm sad there won't be much for me to ride but I'm determined to make the best of it. I even bought the photo package when there was the summer sale just for the ride photos. :sad1:

I will be 19 weeks when we go. It will be just me and my boyfriend. I plan on drinking plenty of water and taking breaks throughout the day. I wasn't going to get express passes for Halloween horror nights (Oct. 5) but I feel like I should now so I don't have to stand so long.

Any tips would be really appreciated. Thanks!

My daughter was about 20 weeks one time we visited - unfortunately she was suffering with hyperemesis so it was a struggle for her. We found it best to take a slow start and make sure we kept to her pace. She was determined to be there but was happy sometimes to sit and watch the world go by. Drink, drink and drink some more! We are taking that baby in 8 weeks - she's will be nearly four and is an absolute cutie! Enjoy your trip.

I've gone to amusement parks, including Disneyland, while pregnant. If you haven't read Harry Potter yet, do that then have a fabulous time exploring those sections and catch all the fun shows (plus try all the Butterbeer varieties!). So many fun shows elsewhere too. There'll be rides you can do as well. Have fun!

Luckily so far it seems I'm better from all the nausea I was having. I definitely will need to take breaks though. Thank you! Enjoy your trip as well!

I grew up reading the Harry Potter books. I read them as soon as they were released for each book. I love visiting all the Harry Potter areas. I have focused more on the thrill rides in the past and haven't spent much time just looking. I'm sure to be doing that now. Thank you!

:love1:Don't drink alcohol.

When I was pregnant at WDW and Universal, and had morning--noon and night sickness I discovered the gracious world of the first aid centers. They will give you water. They will let you lie dowm for awhile. They are fabulous.

I also discovered that you can live on fruit frozen smoothies and dry popcorn. For a lot longer than you would expect.

I found that it was better to take the vitamins at night rather than in the morning as they made me more sun sensitive.

Great advice! Thank you! All that helps to know :worship:
