Tipping with Room Service

Sorry if this has been brought up before. I have never even thought about this until now. Do you tip with Room Service?

Seeing that they add 18% gratuity AND a $3 delivery charge, would you pay even more to have it brought up. Seems that is more than covered. Thanks!

If this isn't closed before I posted- no tipping is needed for room service. Not just at Disney World but anywhere.

If I am feeling generous I might add a tip if I get a waiter that talks and is personable.
