Tipping wait staff

We're on the dining plan and I was just wondering about tipping. I know we won't have to pay for our meals when we go, but we still need to tip the staff, correct? On average, you tip 20%, correct? I know when we go out to eat here at home, we usually tip about 15-20% depending on how good/bad the service was. Just curious....
Oh yeah...what if it's a buffet. Do you still tip?

I believe they add an 18% gratuity to your bill...At least last August that's how it worked.

There's actually two "suggested" tipping amounts indicated. One is 18%, the other is 20%. Again, its suggested. Not mandatory.

And yes definitely tip at the buffets!!! they work just as hard, sometimes harder than the reg TS restaurants.
