If we go with Mears, Tiffany, or another, what is standard tip? 10%?

As long as we have a good trip, and the driver is pleasant, we always give approximately 20% for a tip, but I don't know if this is standard...

I believe the standard tipping guidelines for tipping for taxi drivers and limo drivers is the same as for restaurants. 15 - 20% depending on your perception of the service.
