Tipping the driver

We've always rented a car on previous trips. This year we are using FL Tours. Do you tip the driver and how much?

When I've used Tiffany Town Car, I typically tip 10 bucks each way.

We usually do 8 to 10 depending on how much luggage. Assuming the driver is pleasant.
