tipping question

Ok so I'm starting to figure out how much to tip everyone for the wedding. I've listened to Carrie's podcast about it. I know they said to tip the limo driver. We will not be going in the limo, it'll be our wedding party. How would we tip them? Has anyone tipped them? Also has anyone tipped the drivers of the vans? And again how if we won't be on them? Thanks in advance.

You could put the tips into separate envelopes and give them to someone who will be going in the limo/van, beforehand. Like a Maid of Honor or a Best Man or the Father of the Bride/Groom maybe.
