If you have used them, how much did you tip?

For my $60 order, I tipped them $9 (which is 15% of the order total, not including the delivery fee). I made it divisible by 3 since the tip is divided between the shopper, the packer and the delivery person.

I've used them twice, the last time being last week.
I tipped 20% for my $150 order and rounded up higher to have it divisible by 3, which is what they tell you they split the tip by.
I got one phone call and a text telling me the food was delivered and where exactly it was placed in last week's BLT fridge.
We had a flight that landed last week at 9:30 pm and our food was delivered by the time we got up to our room from bell services.
