tipping for resturants

Looking for a type of envelope or card of some sort to attach a tip to for the servers in the resturants....anyone have some sort of ideas?

they are so cute....i love them, but since im not sure where we are dining except one place, i would need to print all of them...would you or could you make some with the characters and the thabnk you but without the resturant name on them....if you can great, if you cant, i understand...im not in a hurry as we arent traveling for another month....thanks....
