Tipping and parties of 6???

I know I read on the new DDP info that they add a 18% tip to parties of 6 or more on the DDP. Does anyone know does this apply to everyone, or just DDP???? I had thought they only put on the tip for parties of 8 or more???

I think the DDE card holders will have something similar, too. And even those
paying out of pocket probably will get that. I don't see that as anything
unusual, since many restaurants in my area will automatically add that to
a party of 6 or larger.
