Tip included in Room Service

I thought I read somewhere that the tip is included when you order room service or pizza delivery from the resort. Anyone know for sure if this is true?

Thank you. That is nice to know and a nice way for me to use some of my deluxe dp credits. I don't know how I am going to feel just letting the person that delivered it go without giving them anything though.

You're free to add more tip if you want. There's a line to do so.

One of the many things I appreciate at WDW is invariably the CMs mention the tip is already included. At other hotels and resorts, that's almost always true too but never mentioned.

The tip is included so it is annoying that Disney adds a tip line. My teenager never noticed and tipped 20% on top of the already included tip amount. I had to call front desk and have it changed.

This is pretty standard everywhere. I always hand the delivery person a few dollars (euros when I am in Europe) in addition. I know I don't HAVE to, I feel I should, JMHO (I just got a few ones ready for the Chinese food delivery I am waiting for )

The first time I got room service I asked the person if tip was included. The silence was deafening. She didn't want to say yes in the hope that I gave her extra money. Good thing I looked at the bill.
