Tip for those going with babies

When we stayed at Cheyenne 2 years ago we had friends with us with a 2 yr old, we were trying to find somewhere to get milk on the first evening. While we were in the saloon we asked the bar staff. They said they could fill the baby's bottle, and they didn't charge for it. It was handy for us as she was only having the one bottle of milk at night, some evenings my friend took one bottle up and then I went with another one, bit cheeky as we used the extra milk for coffees our room

They didn't advertise that you could get free milk for babies but I'm presuming it was the same in the other onsite hotels.

Thought this might be useful to some of you going with babies.

Maybe someone who's going fairly soon could try it and see if they do still do it?

Yeah sorry I realised after I posted that you weren't stopping on site. But they never asked us where we were staying, for all they knew we could have just been having a drink in the bar before leaving site

Unfortunately my DD1 is milk intolerant so has to have soya milk. They have told me though if I let them know my reservation number they will sort some out for breakfast for cereal (PS this was the DLH which we are probably booking in lieu of the Marriott - in case anyone reads my ticker and wonders what I'm talking about!!).

I think most decent hotels will do this. The shop in Newport Bay Hotel sold milk last time we were there too.
