You may find this of use, particularly if you have a disabled child in stroller or wheelchair.
Get one of those plastic bottle holders from a bicycle shop (normally used on racer bikes) and attach it to your stroller or wheelchair with self tapping screws or some of them come with clips (make sure it will still fold when attached). If you position were your child can access easily then can get their drinks as and when they want and it's one less thing for you to carry round
