We did Epcot last Tuesday and there were little or no waits for anything. Why? Because everyone was over at Magic Kindgom all day since Spectro was going on that night.
We left Epcot around 4 for our dinner ressies at MK, and talked to people waiting at Crystal Palace and they said it was elbow to elbow all day long.
