Tiny tables in condos/townhomes

I'm trying to decide which town home to get for our trip next year. I'm running into one small issue that puzzles me. They all advertise full, equipped kitchens for making your own meals. I'm looking at the three bedroom Windsor Hills units that have beds for 6-8 people. Why are the tables so small, fitting only four people? I've found a few that have bigger tables. Is it just that the space is tight so they're hoping your 6-8 people will be okay eating in shifts? Not that big a deal, really, but puzzling enough.

The WH condos and townhomes that we've rented from vacationcentralflorida.com have tables that seat six.

It is weird! Most of the 3 bedroom condos that we have rented in Windsor Hills have tables that seat 6; but a few weeks ago we rented a townhouse there that had only a very small round high top table that seated 4 (and that was super tight). Another time, we rented a 4 bedroom townhouse in a different complex that had the smallest kitchen and living room imaginable. I think maybe the designers figure if people on vacation they wont be cooking big meals. That is actually one of the things that makes me prefer Bonnet Creek. All of the condos have a good sized kitchen and a dining room table that seats 6.

Are prices at Bonnet Creek comparable to Windsor Hills? I'm looking for all in(taxes, fees, cleaning, etc) for under $1000 for a week.

It's one of the things I have loved about Bonnet Creek and Sheraton Vistana Resort - big tables, lots of chairs! Plus bar stools at the kitchen bar.
