Tinkerbelle gifts packed and ready to go - Who knew I had so much

Well I'm 47 and DH and I started dating when I was 14 and he was 15! He still asks how much some things are - he just doesn't want to know how much the vacation is. He enjoys it too much and probably wouldn't if he knew how much it really cost - especially since he loves the GF

I am always so happy to hear it when people who got together when they were very young, are still happy together!! Hubby and I have been together since we were 15 as well! :love2: We are 23 and 24 though, so I am hoping we stand e/o forever! *LOL* jk..he's a good guy. pirate: :lovestruc
Have a fun trip!

I am doing something similar for my three. It is our first trip to Disney and we are driving down from NH! So put together "Disney Bags" for their ride down. I too have been buying/planning for a year - so the bags are pretty full! I included books, videos for their portabel DVD players, games, and things they can do in the car on the ride. I also put together an activity book full of word searches and trivia questions for the ride. THey weren't supposed to get those until the ride - but that was not so successful! :earboy2:

I also buy stuff for my kids...except I pack their carry on's and they cant open them until the get on the plane...that usually keeps them quiet on the way down. On the way back, I add stuff that I got for them at the parks secretly or bring stuff down in my suitcase to add to them

Loving the fact that I am not the only clearance shopper!!

We shop all the time in the clearance for our birthday box (box of age appropriate items for the girls to pick out when invited to bday parties) so the girls are none the wiser since I have started picking up "100 mile" items (a goodie bag full so they will get one thing for every 100 or so miles we go...I think!! :goodvibes ) I have a year still to plan though!!

Thanks

DD9 presents Capri pj' on disneydirect.com 12.99 and then 20% off.

My DD will be three for this trip and we are going to start it. We are going to do it a little different. Mickey will leave a bag of stuff in the room when we check in that she can use for the trip (water bottle, badge of honor pin, rain poncho and snacks) and then everyday after that a different character will leave something in the room while we are gone. Belle is going to leave a costume. Pongo is going to leave stuff on the last day for the trip home (he is also going to leave dog bones for her to take home to our dogs. Tink is leaving a light up wand so tink can find her in the park. It is still a work in progress but it seems neat and my husband loves the idea. He says anything to make it magical and special for my daughter. His theory on character meals who cares about the food it is all about the character interacation.

And we have been married 9 years and he still questions $ but not when it comes to a disney trip. I turn in a budget in the beginning and just so long as we don't go way over I am good to go.

This is the first I ever heard of Tinkerbell gifts! HOW CUTE!!! My DD is too young, 20months, I don't think she'll notice....BUT I will tell my husband about these Tinkerbell gifts....hopefully I'll find something on my pillow when we get to WDW...Does Tinkerbell have some jewelry in that little bag of hers?....LOL...I'll cross my fingers!

This Tinkerbell bought her own gifts, and will still be putting them under the pillow! ;) Tinkerbell made sure DH gets some too!
