Tinkerbell died (our parakeet)

We found her lying dead on the bottom of the cage this morning. Pixie Dust, our white parakeet is fine. Not sure what happened.

I am so sorry about your bird, I hope the other one will be fine. How long did you have her?

We have birds also, a cockatiel (Baby) that is about 14 years old and a parakeet (Pickle) that is almost 2. We had another parakeet for about 3 years and when he died Baby was so lonely. We kept them in seperate cages but right next to each other.

We had her for about 3 or 4 years. She wasn't really old, but she wasn't a baby either.

I am OK.. I think it is sad, but I never got really attached to our birds.. I am extremely attached to our dogs however. My oldest DD is the one that is having a hard time with it.
