Thanks for reading! Yeah, it's about comfort, being short, and not getting heels stuck in the Boardwalk! I'm a bit of a clutz, so I know Randy [Chapman] would get a laugh out of me falling on my face...not to mention get some pictures of it!
He told me when we did our engagment pictures, that if I fell into the "river" at Wilderness Lodge, to fall with a smile cause he was gonna keep snapping pictures...Thanks for the love!

i know what you mean about the flats. i wore flats, too. i am shorter than DH but i still didn't want to be taller for teh wedding, especially with my hair being a taller than my head. also, all my bridesmaids were really short so they wore big heels to kind of even out the height problem, it worked well and I was not worried about breaking my ankles!
