I was going to do this update yesterday but with all the fasting- I couldn't bear to look at the yummy food pics!
When I last left you, we were heading off to our lunch ADR at....
LE CELLIER. Oh I do enjoy Le Cellier. I'm not a big red meat eater but time to time it's a nice treat. However, it was super hot out as I mentioned, F&W was going on AND we had TWO ADRs (lunch and dinner) scheduled for today (since we had struggled before the trip about trying somewhere new in WS). So like any good DISer, I had printed out the lunch menu beforehand so I knew ahead of time what I wanted to eat. And it wasn't steak. I had decided to get the Maple Barbecued Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Leave a little room for treats later on
We got seated at Le Cellier fairly quickly since we had one of the earlier ADRs. There was only a couple of other parties in there when we arrived. By the time we left, you couldn't move. Because I've taken forever to write this, I have forgotten the name of our server or where she was from...which is a shame because she was quite good. Aisling was in a bit of a funk again and definitely needed the down time of the meal. She didn't want ANYTHING on the menu (although she eats and enjoys EVERYTHING on the children's menu there) The waitress convinced her perhaps if she had a fruit smoothie that it would change her mind about the rest of the menu. Fruit Smoothies are NOT on the child's menu but she told us not to worry about it and never charged us for it.
Randy got some kind of Canadian beer to kick of his Drinking around the World adventure
I had the Glow-tini
As always, Aisling stole my glow cube to make her water glow. Go right ahead if it'll keep you from complaining for awhile!
The waitress came back and Aisling decided she would *try* the hot dog and french fries. SERIOUSLY Ash. UGGGHHHHH.

This child just did not want to cooperate with food this trip. Needless to say, in the future, I will be choosing ADRs based on our likes- not hers. She barely touched the hot dog and fries.
I of course got the Maple Barbecued Grilled Chicken Sandwich that I had planned (by the way, this is no longer on the Le Cellier menu)....ooooor did I????
Nope those aren't my hands holding that plate. Randy ordered it instead. At the last minute I completely changed my mind and got
Yup, Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon. It was really yummy. Way better than I had imagined it would be.
Now I also had planned to get side of the cream cheese mashed potatoes to share. Wish I had known that THIS is considered a "side"
A WHOLE SKILLET of it. Needless to say, a lot of it went to waste. I mean I had to save room for
The excellent waitress also brought Aisling a piece of birthday cake in another attempt to cheer her up. The sugar did help a bit. Randy got the Whiskey cake.
Overall, despite Aisling's excellent mood

it was another great ADR at Le Cellier. Next up we had a country to save and some Food and Wining to do (play on words?!?!

) Would we actually have ROOM to consume more of WS's offerings after having to be practically rolled out of Le Cellier? Would we make it to our dinner ADR? AND WHO is the mystery Eat to the Beat performer and more importantly....will the Smiths actually see them perform????
