Timing of tusker house breakfast?

If I make a reservation for 10:10 and the park opens at 9, will we have time to ride safari without a fast pass and then make it for our reservation?

Yes you should be fine since it is right next door and if you go right to the Safari, especially with many heading to Pandora now, you should easily be done before 10. However, if you move your ADR till 10:30- 10-:40, you don't have to rush and can do Pangani Trail after if you have time. You also get to try some lunch items as they start to change one side of the buffet over to lunch at 11. This is our usual, then we head over to FOTLK show for next show at 12 or 12:30. We cover Africa this way, then move to Asia or Pandora, depending on FP times.

Probably, yes. Tusker House is so close to the safari, so if there's not much of a line and no animals stand in the road and block the trucks you'll likely be fine. If you find yourself running late that morning, keep in mind the ride is about 20 minutes long without animal-related delays.

Would you do Tusker house breakfast or just do a quick service lunch. Our options would be flame tree or satuli canteen. We will be there 2 days so what would you do?

When you say you will be there 2 days, do you mean you will have 2 Animal Kingdom days?

I enjoy both Tusker House and Satuli, but they are so different, so it's hard to say.

Tusker House has a very nice breakfast buffet, and of course characters, if that's at all important to you. If you want a big breakfast and don't mind your morning being scheduled, do Tusker House. If you'd rather not spend an hour eating shortly after getting to the park, do Satuli (or Flame Tree, but I don't have an opinion as I've never eaten there). Up to you! I liked my food at Satuli.
