Timing of renewal of annual passport

Hi Everyone,

I wondered if anyone knew how far in advance you can renew your annual passport? I am currently living in Kabul, Afghanistan and only return to the UK during rotation breaks and so my dates are not flexible. I am due to be back on my next rotation at the end of June/Beginning of July, which is about 6-8 weeks ahead of my annual passport expiring...a trip to DLP is a no brainer but is this too soon to renew my passport?

I found this on the france disney website.

It says you can renew 2 months before it ends.
