Timing Help for PS

Okay...I have two questions...jump in where you can offer some much needed advice

#1 Spending the day at AK...leaving after 4:00 parade and heading to Epcot for dinner and Illuminations. We will be using Disney Transportation. Planning on San Angel Inn (any pros or cons?) What time can I expect to arrive?

#2 Dinner at Fulton's Crab House (again...any yeahs or neighs?) after the 6pm Cirque de Soleil show. What time? Figure a leisurely exit and walk from Cirque...don't want to be dragging the kiddos

cirque is 90 minutes, nonstop! i would suggest about 8:15-8:30 if you want to stroll over from the theatre.
