Timeshare Rentals from Red Week

Has anyone rented a timeshare from Redweek? We're thinking of going to Williamsburg and need a large place.

I have rented from an owner who advertised on Redweek. My transaction went very smooth, but you have to remember, each one will be different since they are individual owners. I did not take out any "insurance" from Redweek. I did get my contact signed by the owner, gave him a down payment and when he transfered the unit into my name & sent me the papers (and I verified with Wyndham), I paid him the balance.. those were the terms he went by. Each person will have their own terms. I would not pay upfront without my confirmation in my hand, so just keep that in mind... hope this helps you
