Does anybody have a recent Times Guide for Animal Kingdome and MGM?

I cannot find show times online anywhere. I am specificially interested in:

MGM Beauty & Beast show
MGM Ariel show
MGM Playhouse Disney show

Animal Kingdom Lion King show
Animal Kingdom Pocohantas show
Animal Kingdom when is the Nemo show starting??
