Timeline of Events!

I'm trying to figure out our time line of events specifically for those involved in the wedding. So far we have made up our "Schedule of Events" for the wedding invitations, but I wanted to include a separate "Wedding Itinerary" for those guests that will be participating in the wedding.

It's kind of a weird situation because the girls getting their make up/hair done in the morning are only the moms (there's 3 of them - one is a step mom), my MOH and me. But I still wanted my other good girlfriends (2 of them) that are coming down for the wedding to be there while I get ready, even though they aren't in the wedding. Would that be weird for them to be in the room while we all get our hair/make up done and they aren't? I guess I could ask them to come later in the morning. It's the same situation for the guys, since DF will only have a Best Man but I figured my brother, dad, his dad and a guy friends would all want to hang out/get ready before the wedding.

Did you guys deal with something like this? Did you include a separate itinerary of wedding events in the invites, or just spread the word by mouth/website? If so, what did it look like? Thanks!
