Timeframe and number of days for photopass share?

I am organizing a photopass share with some friends for our December trip. I am there Dec 22-29 and a friend is there Dec 8-9. As far as I can remember, we have a set number of days to load the photos after they are taken, then another set of time to order the photo cd. I want to be sure that our dates will work out well before we settle on the share. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!

Once the first photo is taken, you have 30 days to "claim" the photos by entering the numbers into the PP account which completed the pre-order.

Once the first photos are uploaded, you have 30 days to complete edits and order the CD.

Technically, your friend could wait until you returned from your trip to upload her photos; then each of you would have the full 30 days to complete your edits and get the CD ordered. You can also purchase an "extension" for your photos to give you more time, although IMO it isn't worth it.

Keep in mind you must complete the pre-order before any photo is taken, not claimed. So if you complete the pre-order on or before 7, all photos will be available. But you can't complete the pre-order on Dec 15 just because none of the photos have been claimed yet.

If you are ordering the plus then one of you won't be able to get the pictures of the rides an restaurants since there is only a 14 day window for those.
