Time to Leave WDW?

I saw a picture a long time ago but can't remember where. It had a picture of Dory and Marlin from Finding Nemo looking scared with the words saying something about time to leave WDW. Anyone know who made it? I just decided to make my kids some shirts for the day we leave with this on there.
