Time to allow for Resort to MCO?

We have a flight leaving MCO at 6:35pm on a Wednesday. We are planning to go to Magic Kingdom that day. We are staying at the Contemporary. What time should we plan to leave the resort? And do we leave our luggage with bell services that morning to pick up before we leave?

Magical Express will probably have a pick up time around 3-3:30PM. If you are driving, I would leave your resort about 2.5 hours before departure if you have a domestic flight.

As for luggage, you will need to have it packed up and to bell services before check out time at the resort. You can head back to bell services to get your luggage before you leave. I would try to get back to your resort at least 30 minutes before you plan to leave in case there are delays or lines with getting your luggage from Bell Services.
