We will be in MK on 3/29 (yes, I know it will be crowded), and I would like to allow time for a monorail ride. Can anyone estimate how long it normally takes to just ride around once? Would I get on the resort monorail or the TTC one?

Thanks,

Stephanie

You can take either one from MK. Sometimes in the morning they only run the resort monorail from MK; which does stop at the TTC also. Depending on which monorail you chose will be a factor in trip duration. From MK, the resort monorail stops at Contemporary first, TTC, Poly, and then GF. Allow a little
longer for this loop due to the number of stops (unloading/loading). The TTC monorail travels in the opposite direction of the resort monorail. You'll pass by GF and Poly before arriving at TTC. I would say 10 - 15 minutes for the TTC monorail and 20 minutes for the resort monorail. Duration will depend on track traffic as well. pirate:

1 complete loop (MK train) with normal stops is 12 minutes. However, during our CR stay in Sept, almost every ride had a least 1 stop that was 5-6 minutes (yes, I timed it so I know I'm exact). Sometimes at a station, sometimes just in the middle of the track. I don't know what the problems were.
