Time still 6 AM EST?

I have not had to make dining reservations in about a year. Is the time I can get online still 6 AM EST? I thought I read something about midnight somewhere, as a recent change, but I am not sure if that was correct.

Yes, 6am Eastern online, 7am phone.

Midnight was for fastpasses, but some are saying that Disney has moved them to 6am, as well.
