Hi everybody

I know that many of you who buy resale, have made business with Time Share Store. what are your experience with Pat Spell? I have to trust someone. Please answer me frankly. I asked her to put me on her list for BW or OKW.

Pat has been our broker for 3 resales. She was one of the original DVC guides and continues that knowledge and enthusiasm still today. She was great to work with. Enjoy the experience!

We used her for our recent resale. The seller droped the ball by not getting documents back in time--and the closing agent did not even bother to call us--after two weeks I call Pat--who also had not followed up. She and her broker were then on the ball getting the transaction done. Over all, we have a good view of her. It was not really her fault that the Seller did not get info in, but the settlement agent should have inform us(Pat and I)--that's the group to watch out for--talk to Pat about them.

Pat has been our broker on two BWV resale purchases. We found her to be professional and very knowledgeable about DVC. When we called her, she didn't have a listing that matched what we wanted, so we got on her call list should one come up. The first time, she called us in three days with an unbelievably wonderful potential deal. The second time, she called us in two weeks with another excellent deal. Both times, we reached an agreement fast and signed a contract via fax on the day she called.

Both of our closings were through The Timeshare Closing Services and it took about four weeks from the time we signed a contract to buy to the time we received our deed in the mail. The closing service sent us a letter telling us when our closing was to occur, and then another after it occurred. I also called the closing service the day after the scheduled closing to see whether it did indeed happen and things were on schedule. It never hurts to keep tabs on what's going on.
