time frame

Hi, We're off to wdw on Nov. 21-first trip for kiddos-and me (been to dl) can't wait! We have a PS at the GF for the first night for hte character dinner at 7pm. I'm trying to work out a time frame-does it really take 90 minutes to get from the Contemporary to Grand Floridian by the monorail? Also, does anyone know how late the buses, monorail and/or boats run? Thanks!

Can't quite figure out how to get that line on the bottom with our countdown!

You will be at the GF in a matter of minutes from CR on the monorail line.

The monorail ride from the Contemporary to the Grand Floridian is only about 5 minutes or so.

Realistically give yourself at least 15-20 minutes. The monorail goes from the Contemporary to the Transporation and Ticket Center, then to the Polynesian and finally to the Grand Floridian. Sometimes the monorail is held for a few minutes at each station for boarding passengers or rail delays. I've never gotten to the Grand from the Contemporary in 5 minutes. Just give yourself enough time in case of delays.
