Is there a time frame as to when you can have a disney coordinator assigned?
I'm about a year and 8 months from my wedding, but I have so many things I want to talk to a coordinator about. I know you can't book/reserve anything longer than 12 months, but I want to make sure I get the date, time, and location we want. If I were to call them say, this week, would they assign me to someone or just tell me to call back closer to October?
For example (since everyone has been sooo helpful
) I saw (I think for the wedding pavilion) that the groom is picked up earlier than the bride and kept seperate. Is this true for every wedding or just wedding pavilion ones, or non-escape weddings?
I really don't want my fiance to see me all dressed up before the wedding, but I don't want to just kick him out of the room either haha. I'm horrible with keeping surprises a secret and I really want that first initial sight of me all prettied up, walking down the aisle to be a shock haha.
..a good shock, of course

). They won't be able to do much other than pencil you in for your date/time (this is NOT a guarantee..simply marking you in so they know how many people are looking at the same time/date), they can answer any questions you have, help arrange a site visit, etc. Then at 8/12 months (depending on the venue) you will sign your LOA and get assigned a planner.
It seems like it will be a long time, I just got my planner yesterday and am at 11 months out.....but I swear 18 months seems like yesterday!
