TimandLesley's November TR No Kids/No Judging! TONS of pics -FINAL DAY pg. 9 1/2/11

Thank you for sharing your trip with us.
Those chalk drawings were amazing.
I look forward to the next one!

Happy New Year and I hope you had a great Christmas.

I loved the end of your TR, and it was fun to see you guys having a good time together. Great fun. I also saw the chalk drawings a few years ago, too. SO really really neat they are!

I hope to meet you on the Cruise this summer. I didn't know we'd be going on the same one, until Diane mentioned it this past summer. Anyhow, there are a few fun threads over on the cruise boards if you get a chance. We are taking a couples cruise on the Dream this February, and I will scope out the ship and report back! :thumbsup2

Till then. Hope the rest of winter and spring is uneventful! June can't get here fast enough!! :rotfl:

Just found your TR and thoroughly enjoyed. Love all the Yankee and NY shirts. Are you or DH orinally NY'ers? I really love your t-shirt though, Peace, Love and Wine? A girl after my own heart! Where did you get that?

Did you love the BW? I love that Epcot area. YC is my favorite and my DS's who has taken many trips with me. DH is sadly not a big Disney fan. But he did buy me and DS AP for a few years till DS started college.

I am staying at ASMovies for a night in Feb with my brother and nephew and then staying at my brother's for a couple of days in Palm Bay and then I have 2 nights scheduled for the BW. Not sure if brother and nephew will come back to BW with me yet but that's OK as long as I'm able to walk into WS all is good in the world.

So nice that you could spend some time in the world with your DH. How old are your kids?

Love the Yachtsman Steakhouse too. Had a great waiter there last time. Wish I could remember his name. Went there in Nov. of '08 and were seated in a side room with a family with about 5 kids. I kept thinking the wife looked familiar. Husband had his back to me. At one point husband took the kids to the bathroom and realized who they were. Husband was Kirk Cameron and wife Chelsea Noble. I was excited. DS now 18 wasn't quite sure who they were.

I remember someone else posted that they were there that night too - Oh it was you! I read you on Cammie's TR! :lmao: Just call me Dori! Nice to "see" you again!

What a nice relaxing last day! It seems like Tim started to feel better as the day went on, whew!

Yachtman's looks deeeeeeeeeelicious. And what fun on the Boardwalk with friends-the perfect ending to the trip!

Thanks for sharing!

Great TR as always!!! I will certaintly miss
not hearing how your disney dream adventure
goes but totally understand your taking a break, these
TR'S are a lot of work and it is so good of you to share
all your wonderful disney experiences!!! Hope you will keep
in touch here on the diz, if not I'll see ya on FB!!!:goodvibes

Another great trip report. Loved seeing all the pics of the parks decorated for Christmas. It is a really neat time to be in the World. That story about the service dogs was really special. I also enjoyed the Festival of the Masters' pics. Looks like you and Tim had an awesome time.

I will definitely miss not having a timandlesley summer trip report but completely understand you wanting to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Happy New Year !

Another great report!
I love all of your photos. The chalk drawings are amazing.
I hope you and your family have a wonderful summer vacation :goodvibes
Looking forward to reading more of your reports in the future.

And, thanks again for the recommendation regarding a DVC guide. It was the BEST decision ever.

Awww! Dang! It's over. :sad1:  So glad that you guys had a great time doing Disney as a couple. It is a whole different experience.

Wow... something else we've never seen or experienced.. Festival of the Masters? Looks pretty amazing.. thanks so much for sharing!

You guys certainly crammed a whole bunch into that last day, even with Tim not feeling well.

Thanks so much for another great TR with just the best pictures! (The one of Diane sticking her tongue out at Bryan is priceless!)

Happy New Year to you all!

Wow - this was a fast one! I just got caught up and it ended.

Sounds like a great trip. So glad you and Tim were able to enjoy a child-free trip. I have a feeling this may not be the last one!;)

BTW - I am so bad with riddles, and maybe I missed something from the photos, but what was the tie-in of "Jack" with the purple cat? Matt Hotchberg from the WDW Today podcast also mentioned a clue this year...I forget it now offhand - can't remember if his also referenced "Jack" or not.

Between looking for the purple cat and the hidden mickeys, and of course seeing the Osborne lights spectacle for the 1st time, this must have been an amazing evening.:goodvibes

Those steaks at Yachtmans looked amazing, as did the lobster bisque. Seems Pete didn't steer you wrong here at all!;)

Thanks for the great TR! Looking forward to your next one!:goodvibes

Thanks for another fun TR. Trips to Disney without children are so much fun. We have done three without children so far. This Sept. we will have our granddaughters, so it should be fun to go with children again.

I will miss your trip report and seeing what your new hotel experiences will be as well as your cruise, but totally understand about the time you commit and the details you included in your reports!

Thanks so much for another great TR, Leslie! I had never heard of the "Festival of the Masters" before at Dwtn Disney, but that was amazing!! Something to put on the "future-must-do" list! I look forward to the next T&L report, whenever that might be! Happy New Year!

Oh man I missed the whole report. I had been away from the dis for a little while so missed that you started it. I will definitely miss your report form this summer. Sounds like a lot of fun a cruise and a stay at AKL. I had a great time catching up and can't wait until I can go on a couples trip with my dh.

What an awesome couples trip you had! :) I'm bummed it's already over. I'm going to hold out hope you do end up writing a summer TR. I really, really enjoy reading them. Happy New Year Tim and Lesley family!
