Thanks so much. Well, actually we need the prayers, in typical timandlesley fashion (if you read our TR last year you understand) Luke got sick today, I had to take him to the doctor after work and HE HAS STREP THROAT!!! Luckily we caught it now and I got his antibiotic in him. He's off to an early bed time and hopefully after another dose before we hit the road tomorrow he'll be feeling better

Have a wonderful spring break! I'm jealous but thinking of our upcoming June Disney World trip gets me in a great mood!!!! BTW - Just read all of your last trip report and I loved it. You next one will be great I'm sure.

Have a great spring break! I loved reading your trip report from last year and I am looking forward to this year's trip report. I guess it's a little OT, but I'd love to hear about Kiawah Beach when you get back - I've had a couple of people tell me it is a great place for family vacations. Maybe you could post a picture or two for us when you get back

Glad you enjoyed the TR last year and found me this year. Oh YES!!! I will definitely post some pics from our Kiawah trip, we've been there 3 years ago and had a fabulous time - not looking forward to the 10 hours in the car tomorrow, but it will be well worth it.

Hi Lesley & Tim,

I have read your last TR and enjoyed it and found your pre-TR and have gotton this far (as the quote above). I just wanted to chime in and give you some info on BBB. My daughter went last October. I only booked the $35 package, but I changed it once I got there to the $45 package. They did not put on fake nails, they just put polish on my DD's nails (I think we had a choice, but I can't really remember). You do get to go home with the remaining makeup and nail polish. My DD loves to wear makeup and to polish her nails (such a "girly-girl"). My DD chose the pop diva hair style and still to this day LOVES to wear the hair!!

I need to get back to reading your TR before DS wakes up from his nap. I will post again later... Thanks!!

So glad you found the Pre Trippie and are enjoying it so far. Thanks for the BBB tip, I didn't realize you could get nails painted and not do the fake ones. We will probably upgrade then too, Lauren LOVES to get her nails done and getting to keep the makeup and polish will be a HUGE hit for her. Thanks so much!!!

Thank you, so far Accuweather shows us in lower 80's and only two days with 40% chances of rain. Not too shabby

WOW! 34 pages and now I'm caught up. I just found your pre-trip this morning and it is wonderful! I thought I was the only one that planned like that. I have an Excel spreadsheet with all of our plans, 5 brand new 2007 planning books... My husband constantly rolls his eyes and can't WAIT for Sepember 21st to get here, he only gets excited for the actual trip at that moment. It's our first trip without the kids and I am really excited!

Thanks. He went for a 5 mile bike ride with Tim yesterday and after that his throat was hurting and he had a bit of a rough night, but he is doing great today. Thanks for asking. I'll post pics when I return.

Just so you know. . .. we are on our way to Kiawah Beach in South CArolina for my Spring Break. My mother was generous enough to get a 3 bedroom condo on the beach and invite us down. We leave early tomorrow morning and will return on the Saturday before Easter. I will have my laptop with us, so I probably will check in before our return, but wanted you to know where I was in my absence. HEY, when I get back I'll be ONE WEEK CLOSER TO DISNEY!!! Here's hoping for a week of nice weather on the beach, CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Hello! We are having a fabulous time on Kiawah beach. We've had 4 days in a row of sunshine and 80 degree weather, today it is only a high of 70, so it's in the 50's today, brr. Although I can't complain, back home it is freezing with snow flurries. So glad we are here!!!!
Just checked TGM and it says we only have 70 days to go until disney!!!!!! So excited!!!!
Does anyone know how I can post a link to my ofoto albums here for everyone to view our Kiawah pics? That would be easier, if it doesn't work when I get home I will upload some of my favorites to Photobucket and do it that way, but thought I would ask.

I think...but I'm not totally sure...that if you go into your Ofoto account and copy the address, then place it as a link in a post here, it may work.

That didn't work with my Kodak site, as you may have remembered, though. Hopefully Ofoto is different.

Wow, just caught up from like the WAY beginning. Everything looks good, and I must say I am pretty excited for YOUR vacation (mine is like decades froms now, so I am just going to heave to live through you).

We stayed at POR in January and I loved both properties. We ate at POFQ's food court a few times (Riverside Mill was being renovated) and we enjoyed it. I think you made a god choice with French Quarter. We didn't have a problem with buses or anything, but it was Januaray and I am sure the buses are goingt o fill up alot quicker. You will be glad you are the first stop.
