Tiki Room @ WDW and DL

I had a question about the current tiki room shows at the MK in disney world and disneyland:

My BIL claims that in the "Under New management" version at WDW, they actually play the ENTIRE tiki room song before Iago begins to speak. He also said the show at disneyland is the NEW "Under New Management" show now as well.

I haven't seen each show in maybe 2 yrs but from what I remember, in the "Under New Management" version at WDW Iago actually cuts off the tiki room song in the middle and the disneyland version is still the old version (or at least the "older" version from years ago).

Can someone help confirm what version are currently playing in each park??

To the best of my knowledge the one in Disneyland is still the original. I would be very saddened to hear if it went "Under New Management" as we really dislike that version.

I just saw the Disneyland version on Sunday 7/17 and it's still the original version. It did close down for a 6-month period, but all they did was clean-up everything. IT LOOKS GREAT!!!!

In the WDW version, Iago does cut-off the Tiki birds and you don't here the complete song.

I love the original version and don't really care for the under new management version.

It always bugged me the at WDW they cut the original version off and when we were there in May - I remember thinking they played more of it - maybe they got a lot of complaints and added it in -

I am not sure though - I can tell you in October!!

we were just in the tiki room at WDW on Sunday and they still cut off the song....
i enjoy the new version, but i still love the original best........
