HI Mike!! It was very hot as there is no AC in the practice area...all the windows and fire escape doors were opened.
Cheerleading camp was fun. I was DRENCHED in sweat, head to toe. We are going to enter competition at the summer festival (Good Ol' Summertime/GOS) and we learned the intro to our dance (the music: Music Makes Me Lose Control). Now try to keep up here: We do a ripple motion, do a touchdown and jump (arms like air traffic controllers, by the ears in blades/straight hands), then we hop to both sides and do this arm motion...there's a whole lot more that would probably utterly confuse you. We learned our cheer, and 1/2 of our really super hard but cool looking dance. We also had to do the stretches, plus a cooldown of gravity splits that hurt, cheerleading situps, ab-balancers, hip flexors, kicks, pushups,
. Did I mention our instructor is pregnant? Seven months yesterday. She's not doing jumps or stretches or anything...just showing us what to do. Today we finish the dance and learn more cheers.
I am also taking part in the library scavenger hunt today...for summer reading, we are required to fill out a reading log and do events. Therefore, we are doing a scavenger hunt with all of the program sponsors in town. Fun!!
I also finish my 100-day challenge today!!!!! I can now enjoy McyD burgers and fries, juices, and chips/candy! But only if I really want them.

Breakfast: 2 cups cereal, apple (5)
L: something light and very soon as I will be running around town.
D: ???
S: if Shelly (coach for real, not the pregnant one, that's Tracey!) brings fruit n veggies again then you can bet I will be chowing down on those!
Water: a little...actual: 0...I'm working on it!
Exercise: 3 minutes of yoga, mainly positions and nothing strenuous. I should practice my gravity splits...they hurt like heck but I need them...and my cheerleading situps.
TOM is gone! Yay!
Bye...off to munch and exercise.
