Tiger Chunks
1 lb. good quality white chocolate, broken up
1/2 C chunky peanut butter
2/3 C semi sweet chocolate morsels
Break the white chocolate into one inch pieces and place in a 2-quart measure.
Microwave on medium (50%) power in 30 second increments, stirring as needed
between, for about 5 minutes. Stir in the peanut butter and stir smooth. Pour onto a
piece of wax paper. Melt the chocolate morsels in the microwave using the same
technique. Drizzle over the already poured candy in a striped pattern. Use point of knife
to spread to a pleasing pattern. Chill and break into chunks.
