Tiffins Talk with Joe Rohde lunch April 26th @ noon

I saw this as an option as I mentioned on the Party for the Planet thread, but I wanted to post here being that it's a dinner/lunch.

I went ahead and made a ADR for the lunch with Joe Rohde after talking with a CM and having it confirmed that he was going to be there and the dinner the night before.

They aren't showing this on the website yet, but it is in their reservation system with Joe being there.

I noticed there are more than a dozen spots left which had me wondering if they don't sell enough spots that they would cancel, I also thought that with a low turn out it may be a more relaxed time with some ability for an interaction with him, I can see that being a great time.

My questions are, is there a special room for this event..and anybody know what the menu will be ? plus how many spots are there for each event?
I plan on a quick 1 night trip maybe 2 depending on the amount of wine served

I'm going to be there! I had the same reaction when the nice cast member on the phone said there were seats available on the 26th. She confirmed that the speaker is Joe Rohde. I grabbed one, of course. It's just a day trip for me, but I wouldn't pass it by.

I'm planning to attend as well - also a day trip. I believe there are several different rooms so I imagine this event would be "sequestered" in one of them. I'm not sure why they didn't advertise it more. Maybe he has some guests of his own that he'd like to accommodate. I'm really looking forward to it!

Oh my goodness-this is day 1 of our trip; which is (supposed to be) all day long..

It's about $165 each (DH and I are going to the dinner)
Joe has worked with the chef to do the menu based on his travels. The menu is not made public

Don't let the fact that they haven't updated the schedule to include Joe's talk on the 26th. It's confirmed. Typical Disney to not update the website later. And I'm sure that's why it's not selling out. It's unadvertised.

There are 2 rooms in Tiffins and yeah, they could put everyone for the Tiffins Talks in the smaller room that is off to the left (sort of) as you come from the hostess stand

I just called again to confirm and was told it is for sure
Just checked on the website and there's only 7 spots left..

Joe himself just confirmed on Twitter. As of an hour ago there were 19 spots (per his tweet) but multiple parties have replied indicating they’ve booked.
