My DS came home from day camp and they had made tie dye t-shirts. Before I wash it in our washer isn't there another step that I have to do to prevent the colors from running out into the washer?
It's been a very long time since I've done tie dye.
I also remember reading somewhere on the boards of a family who was able to tie dye mickey silhouette on shirts for their trip. Anyone know how to do this? I would love to do this so we have matching shirts for one day at the parks. So much easier to keep track of the kids when we all match.
Thanks!

And wash 'em separately for a few loads.

Thank you!
