Does any one know when Disney typically raises their rates?

How far in advance can I purchase tickets prior to using them?

I am thinking I would like to purchase a 10 day tickets/park hopper/no expiration

can anyone recommend a place to purchase these with the best discount?

Disney typically raises prices for February (except this year with the new MYM tickets)

There is no "typically" with Disney. They have raised prices in nearly every month of the year. The last one was this past January.

There is no time restriction. You can buy them now and use them whenever you want.
